Amundr is currently blogging about her farm in Southern NSW and its livestock. If she was not working full time, she’d love to continue that Viking novel or another one about a small country town recently started. As it stands, a daily blog is what you’ll get.

Amundr wrote previously: Amundr is a writer who loves history. In order to better understand the context of novels, Amundr researches legends, names, everyday life and geography of the novel’s background. The characters in the ‘Mark Maker’ novel would have spoken Old Norse, an early Scandinavian language. The wife of Asmundr would have spoken Norn, the language of the Shetland Isles and the Orkneys which was spoken there until 1850. Her story will come later in the novel.
